Faith Workers Alliance is offering three opportunities to develop skills and knowledge for ministry. Training is free for members and $20 for non-members. Each online session is offered live and runs for 90 minutes.
Introduction to Due Process on Tuesday 9th April will help you spot when a process is fair (and when it is not).
Introduction to Conflict Resolution on Tuesday 7th May will help you to think about the different ways to resolve conflicts when they inevitably occur.
[New] Defusing Aggression on Tuesday 28th May will help you to reflect on those first 30 seconds when someone approaches you with aggression.
